The BakeMax® Floor Model Reversible Sheeter is a widely used floor model reversible sheeter in the baking industry. Suitable for sheeting and stretching puff pastry, danish bread, donut dough, croissant dough, pie dough, cookie dough, strudel, marzipan, and pizza dough. Countertop models, BMCRS01 and BMCRS02, are also available.
