The BakeMax® Countertop Model Reversible Sheeter is a widely used floor model reversible sheeter in the baking industry. Suitable for sheeting and stretching puff pastry, danish bread, donut dough, croissant dough, pie dough, cookie dough, strudel, marzipan, and pizza dough. Floor models, BMFRS01 and BMFRS02, and BMFRS03 are also available.

• Safety guard on both sides of the rollers.
• Easy control forward and backward by a push of a button.
